What is the best CBD dose for me?
Start low and go slow. If you’re new to CBD, we recommend you begin with a 5mg dose. Daily intake has been known to regulate the endocannabinoid system (ECS) by activating receptors in the body, changing your tolerance. Patience is the key to discovering your best dose. Tolerance can also be affected day to day by outside influences such as alcohol, sleep, and more. The cannabis plant is biphasic and adaptogenic, which means that in small doses it can have tremendous therapeutic benefits and in large doses, it could be potentially harmful.
What is Hemp CBD?
Hemp oil that is naturally rich in CBD and is derived from agricultural hemp plants and legally must contain less than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) so it won't get you high like a conventional flower, tinctures, edibles/gummies, or vape cartridges. Hemp CBD is becoming popular because of growing evidence linking it to a long list of wellness and health benefits, functionality, and its legal accessibility to be sold in all 50 states.
Hemp vs Cannabis?
In the United States, a cannabis Sativa plant is classified either as agricultural hemp or marijuana. The main difference is who regulates it and the THC content. Agricultural hemp naturally contains under 0.3% THC content by weight. Some people prefer hemp-based CBD because it has no psychoactive effects. However, others believe that CBD from a marijuana plant is superior because the THC helps the other actives in the plant work in synergy to create a more beneficial effect.
